Frequently Asked Questions
How does ATITC ensure students are industry-ready after completing their training?
At ATITC, we go beyond classroom learning. Our students work on live projects in the Product Development Cell, Robotics Lab, and workshops equipped with modern tools. We also provide real-industry exposure through partnerships with the Pithampur Auto Cluster and MPIDC, ensuring that every student graduates with hands-on experience and confidence to work in real factory environments.
What makes ATITC different from other vocational institutes?
Most institutes only focus on teaching the syllabus, but at ATITC, we emphasize innovation, inclusion, and industry integration. Along with NCVT-approved courses, we run women empowerment programs, dual-language classes (Hindi & English), and ensure practical-heavy training (70% practical / 30% theory). This holistic approach ensures our students don’t just pass exams, they build successful careers.
Does ATITC support students in finding the jobs after completing the course
Yes. We have a dedicated Placement Cell that works round the year to connect students with industries. Our strong network in the automobile, manufacturing, IT, and government projects sector ensures placements. Additionally, students receive career counseling, mock interviews, and soft skills training, which helps them stand out during job selection.
Can students pursue freelancing or self-employment after training at ATITC?
Absolutely. Our courses, especially Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), are designed to give students digital skills that can be used in freelancing and remote work. Trade-based courses like Fitter, Welder, and Machinist open doors to self-employment opportunities such as setting up workshops, contracting, or running small-scale manufacturing units. ATITC mentors also guide students on how to access government schemes for entrepreneurs.
How does ATITC support female students in building careers in technical fields?
ATITC actively promotes women in technical trades by running special empowerment initiatives. Female students are encouraged to participate in skill-building workshops, robotics projects, and industry visits. We also provide separate, secure hostel facilities and mentorship support, so that girls not only enter technical fields but also excel in them.
What facilities are available on campus apart from training?
Apart from well-equipped workshops and labs, ATITC offers hostel accommodation, library access, modern classrooms, computer labs, and career counseling sessions. Students also get the opportunity to participate in innovation challenges, inter-college competitions, and cultural activities, ensuring a balance of professional and personal development.
